Shipping Policy

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Times: Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected and your location. Typically, standard delivery takes 5-7 business days, while expedited delivery takes 2-3 business days.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or a tracking link on whatsapp. You can use this number to track your order's progress online.

Shipping Restrictions: Please note that we do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes or international addresses. Orders must be shipped to a valid street address within our delivery area.

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method and delivery address. 

Missing or Damaged Packages: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within same day of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
